A1 It's more than just getting more done in less time. It's being able to leverage components and services more easily without reinventing the wheel. It's about easier consistency across multiple applications. You can do that in code, but you have to work harder to get it.

Q2. Where is low code / no code in its growth curve? How far are we from peak low code / no code?

A2 #eweekchat We are still in early growth mode of what you might call ‘phase 2’ of the low/no code growth curve – where it moves from the world of SMBs (Wordpress or Wix-type solutions) to larger, more sophisticated, organizations and their more complex challenges

A2 #eweekchat While we can’t predict the future in terms of time – there is no question that the evolution of low code into the enterprise solutions space is really in its infancy today and has a lot of room to grow

A2: While this is an exciting development, it is still in its infancy. While it will mostly likely benefit smaller enterprises, larger orgs will need qualified data scientists and developers to best manage their information and resources...

...as well as build customized apps using that pool of data.

A2 Low code/no code is rapidly growing and expanding - Consider what it takes to develop software with a traditional process that utilizes writing traditional lines of code compared to a low code / no code approach. Huge demand from orgs, will continue to grow!

A2: For a business attempting to scale up and achieve full digital transformation, low code/ no code allows people who know the process and understand the need best should really be the ones to automate or enhance it.

A2 We're not even close to peak low-code. Companies continue to enter the market. If anything, we're going to see low-code become the norm, with code being the fallback when things require specialized needs.

@JamesBrightspot definitely, lots of room to grow!

A2: The true testament of peak adoption is when complex tasks and workloads like AI/ML are also being done through low code/no code. We are still early in the journey but with phenomenal growth potential

@vinodIyengar I know some companies are working on low code AI. Very hot area.

A2: Far. As companies still try to fill dev talent and work with partners, the internal business cases and demand will mature, creating more ubiquity of this market.

A1 Put simply, because there is so much more to do, and so much less time to do it. As digital transformation continues to accelerate and the changes brought on by COVID begin to feel more permanent, organizations have more and more to do, and more urgency to do it

A1 No matter how many developers an organization has, it has more work to accomplish than they can handle. Add in the current challenges in hiring and retaining tech talent, and that no matter how good you are at it, writing code takes time – low code no code platfo

A1: It’s budget-friendly automation that increases productivity and requires little training. The fact that it doesn’t require expert-level training and can be quickly implemented is a boon for organizations looking to gain a foothold in the digital transformation p
