Quality is not the ultimate state, it requires continuous improvements and that is what MOST ESSENTIAL to focus !!

Quality is continual improvement process which ask limits and investment. same thing same day same result no growth

This is not a maturity model where we tick the checklist and done. We really want to keep achieving a moving target - vision. We have to have continual improvement.

@DEVOPSINS - To value you time and learn from outcome/experience -> "Fast Failed, Fast Learn".
Avoid same mistake and find out alternative ways to doing thing which can be more benefit of quality.

Investing and innovating wisely with changing context

Each and every individual in the value chain should make tomorrow better. So it requires everyone to improve their daily work to make it a high performance team. Together we either win or fall.

@HappyHelenBeal We somehow have forgotten about this and the current situation have got us to reboot and start looking at things which is really important and gives us satisfaction and happiness actually.

I always believe on "articulate the risk of doing nothing" so it recommended to look on long-term investment and not just be stuck on daily operations which I consider a "whirlwind". Continuous improvement will always have great impact to success of every individual.

Daily ritual is very important than occasional heroics. It improves the resilience for the team and get them motivated.

@DEVOPSINST We often get stuck in doing things the way we've always done them. Shifting to never getting stuck in the same place enables learning through experimentation and improvement.

Self-sufficiency I think is key to remote working - an appetite for adaptability and the courage to change are important.

I find that educating on social engineering is a key gap in the business continuity

This is why the concept of a "hybrid" E-shaped DevOps Human is so important as supported in the #UpskillingDevOps report. Humans need to be multi-skilled.

I see the importance of the leaders in this situation because leadership, collaboration, empathy and personal connection will be important! More communication and interactive tools will be important.

Business continuity depends on #Humans and that is we have been advocating the advancement of Humans in digital world rather than tools, automations !!

Resilience is an important concept today for both individuals and organizations. Getting up after a set back and moving forward with greater insight.

We also have to go away from sterotype risk mitigation test like table top test.

This situation has really showcased the equal importance of human, process and technical skills in pivoting and continuing business under extreme circumstances.

The multi-skill component in today's role-based IT positions...technical, people-skills, leadership-skills.
