I think the challenge here is in finding the right solutions to allow for integrations between the various SaaS platforms. Key here is understanding how to keep the toolchain simple and secure when it spans multiple disparate platforms while maintaining visibility

If done right AIOps can offer significant benefits to the enterprises. Identify use cases and find a solution to solve the use case as opposed to adopt a solution and find the use cases to leverage AIOps

AIOps is a overhead if its not implemented for the right use case. It cannot be implemented just because some one likes the term "artificial intelligence" :)

AIOps should be "actionable intelligence" than artificial intelligence. If there is no actionable outcome then AIOps can be a painful process to manage it.

Everyone wants AI as a buzzword, but in reality you typically end up with Artificial Incompetence rather than Intelligence. Hopefully for the future of AIOps, but I don't think we're close there yet.

Any technical strategy being implemented around AI as a primary driver of value will detract rather than contribute to quality and velocity. Focus on education in the tools you have to implement your delivery goals.

security in the software supply chain is very critical and companies have to automate the security gates (SAST, DAST, TVM, Container scanning, vault etc) and embrace DevSecOps and security by design #Opsera #DevOps #DevSecOps

Shift left needs to be baked in 2022 especially with enterprises moving to cloud native. Current security team needs to be part of dev team so that they can help dev team build features with security and quality baked in.

Dev teams should see the shift left as an opportunity as oppose to see this as a hurdle to velocity.

Shift-left is definitely the right way IMO. In 2022, I feel the trend will be to automate security in every action and reduce the barrier to entry for securing, apps, containers, and products. Security becomes a true first class citizen

Shift left is good only if the developers don't feel like the work has shifted left too. Developers need "shift left" tools that empower them with advanced technologies that are easy to use.

Security has become the central core of any software development practice in the last few years. It is no longer an afterthought. This hybrid environment(cloud/on-premise) requires a proactive approach to bring security to early stages in software development
