Our inventory management system is API based, so our system and your system are constantly asking for updates. Once an order ships, it's considered a status change, so your system will see that we have one less of whatever we shipped

What about returned products? Are these reshipped as well if received in good condition? How does that work?

We inspect every return that we receive. If it's in good condition, we'll place the item back into your inventory. If the return is damaged, we'll destroy it for you. If there's another process that you had in mind, let us know!

Once you are pulled away from your main focus, which I assume is selling more product, it's probably time for a fulfillment partner. When you have to divert time and effort away from sales and marketing, it's time to call us!

I do seem to be spending more and more time on shipments and miss interacting with my customers. How would I shift my business to outsource fulfillment?

We would figure out how to get product over to us, we would integrate with your eComm platform, and boom, you're ready to go... We've had some of our clients ready to ship before there product arrived at our facilities!

Do you offer tracking? I get a lot of requests for that but because I use so many different ship methods, it's getting overwhelming for me to keep straight!

Yes, we have tracked methods, and we've simplified it as well... we have built our own tracking page, so you can plug in any tracking number, no matter the carrier, and you'll be able to see all scan points.

What types of reporting can I do from your system? As a home-grown business, I have kind of a "Frankenstein" system of cobbled together programs for different functions and end up having a lot of separate spreadsheets to refer to.

No worries! You can export any report that is viewable in our system.

How often does your system update info?

Our system has real-time updates... all you have to do is hit re-fresh on your browser

Ok, one last question...what if I want to expand into other countries? Right now I am just shipping in the US, but I could see how outsourcing fulfillment would allow me to ramp up my marketing efforts...

We can do it slowly at first... we have some amazingly fast methods from our US facility. We have shipped to over 220 countries! Or, you can strategically place inventory in our UK or Canadian facilities and manage it with one log in
