So what you offer is similar to say a Mailboxes etc. except you ship products for companies you contract with? You are Amazon for my products?

Do I get the choice of which option to use or is this predetermined?

So, we take the heavy lifting off of the eComm merchant. We warehouse, pick, pack, and ship for our clients so they can focus on their core business and grow. We are like Amazon except we don't offer a marketplace to sell your products

Great idea! However, we like to be the guy behind the guy... Etsy.com is a great market place, which is not our forte. We'd be happy to ship all of the products offered on Etsy.com though!

But so would FedEx or UPS. I am more interested in how you plan to diversify into vertical markets without falling victim to unwillingness to expand into similar markets as Etsy.

Unwilling is a strong word. Porsche makes awesome cars, but they most likely won't get into manufacturing school buses. We don't believe in going to the dentist for a haircut. We prefer to improve our internal systems before we branch out

We stay profitable with high volume! As long as our clients are happy, they'll continue to ship with us!

Our shipping volumes are a good starting point. If your business is buying stuff on EBay & at garage sales & then re-selling it, a fulfillment company isn't the right fit for you. Shipping 100s of shark tooth necklaces/month, we can help.

So, do you ship anything?

We specialize in shipping lightweight items in bubble mailers, mailing tubes, & small boxes. If you're shipping anvils, we are not the best fit for you.

All we have to do is get the product to the UK, and we'll take care of the rest... Once product arrives in our facility, you can log into your account and watch your orders fly off the shelves!

I bet I can answer that. Wholesale rates are set by companies like FedEx and the retailer sells for a percentage above cost. That's how it's been historically. Rates would be competitive.

Just guessing the most profit would be derivative of container sales / labor / shipping.in that order.

You can buy a double corrugated box for 1.25 @ 24x24 and sell it for $5. Cardboard is cheap.

In most cases, we are a more cost effective solution than Amazon, but not all... for instance, Amazon will ship a refrigerator, and we won't...
