I agree about the mindset across the organization and thinking that IT is a cost center while it is not. Upskilling is a must as well because humans of DevOps drive the successful digital transformation.

That is an interesting point as well. How we fund initiatives within our IT departments. Example like CAPEX and OPEX etc,

We get carried away with Technology, Tools and purpose forgotten. Do we really put our customer in every processes, thoughts and actions.
