Camelot – the quest for the holy grail of continuous improvement requires collaborative efforts of people (knights of the round table), process (laws of Camelot) and technology (the sword Excalibur)

I think it depends on the organisation. In many cases it tends to be a horror movie...maybe the Texas Chainsaw Massacre...#TheDigitalCoach 😂

Avengers Endgame or maybe Whiplash - as we talk about antifragility and excellence. :)

It would be feel good move with a bit of war strategy, comedy and politics.

A-Team! I love it when a plan comes together!! A diverse team with different skillsets and value contribution with the same objective/goals

it is MIB, Avengers and also any colorful Bollywood dance as well

Another great movie analog is Days of Thunder...as Mario Andretti put it...if everything is under control, you're going too slow...#TheDigitalCoach 😂

@lbmkrishna Avengers for sure.... we are heros hehehe

I would say a post-apocalyptic movie

How about Transformers movie in the era of digital transformation and reinvention.

Java. :)

- Along with technical skills, we need soft skills as well, passion for continuous learning, experiment and also to share

@DevOpsLeaderPH good points! Thanks for sharing!

CI/CD Tool chains, Value Stream Management Platform and SRE

DevOps from the cloud view point is vital, but I find that decision makers need to get more DevOps Leadership awareness

I think a range of soft skills including: dealing with ambiguity, being open and transparent and communicating in an engaging and informative style. #TheDigitalCoach

from my personal experience the continuous learning has never stopped, we need to be #continuouslearner, learn from others. The list is dynamic

I think technical repertoire in cloud native department would be critical along with knowledge of governance and security.
