By having the right business structure, hiring your family members as legitimate employees with real job functions, paying real wages, make sure the travel has legitimate business purpose for you family employees to be there. "Team building!"

that is correct as I used to travel for education and wrote off my portion and my family went with me.

Probably 3-5 days at the most I would think. But exotic destinations probably longer

Michele, as the airfare is normally a good part of the price, it is actually better to do a 7 nt, You are able to get to your destination and not have to worry about starting to pack up.@womenpartner
