Architectures need to be affordable...built in small increments, ala #Agile, and loosely coupled....which means each component is independent of each other...failure of a single component does not result in catastrophic service failure...focus on the #CX

- I think it's a "fait accompli" that Mobile is THE platform now.. who carries a laptop around in their pocket ;-)

Customers will start to expect to engage with their mobile devices in store interacting with signage as they walk by or making recommendations on similar items -- All for the better #customerexperience #NRF2019

#AR will be the hot ticket - view this shirt w/out actually trying it on, measure this sofa in your living room w/out measuring tape - mobile + 5G + AR = better retail

The mobile is already an cyborg extension of every one of us...it's the HitchHikers Guide....so bringing value to your customer through mobile and apps is key...

- the speed and deep integration that is possible with Mobile Apps is almost impossible to beat, even "person to person" human facing interactions are not coming near Mobile Apps as people now prefer Self Service and speed, esp. on Mobile

@MissTalent86 Great point...the trend I am seeing is that clients do not want an app...they want an experience...particularly as apps take up real estate on the phone....and you need to install them when you move...with a web app...there is nothing to move..

Three things...1) allowing your people to experiment, without fear of retribution...so fail fast like #DevOps

To summarise...leaders to focus on their people, understand their needs, provide the most production environment and make them feel like they are part of something really important...bit like @Tesla @SpaceX

Wow...what a question....Blockchain I think is too immature...it's at best a proof of concept...I haven't seen any my students implementing anything in production currently...

5g is a gamechanger for small business in particularly...it provides another leveller against the larger players in this era of digital disruption...the era where small business eats big....

5g is key because with high bandwidth....you can process more inputs and outputs....which means you can make decisions faster, with larger datasets...which if done optimally, results in faster learning....and an edge
