@jcameron Since customer can pay-as-you-go, there's a lower initial investment and customers can withdraw from cloud subscriptions if needs are not met, really shifting risk to cloud service providers.

bots are everywhere! But yes, bots can support warehouse and manufacturing....and HR and Finance

and hybris and SuccessFactors....Conversational UI

I saw a really cool app today built on SAP Cloud Platform that uses the kore.ai chat bot--it is the FunderMax "Chat with Max" feature which is being shown at the Apple Co-innovation Center on the SAPPHIRE NOW show floor.

Yes - great example of their innovation using kore bots!

1 question that comes up w/ cloud is security. From what I understand, SAP data centers leverage 3- & 4-tier security with sensor surveillance, biometric access control, and regular audits of security measures. Anything else that can ease customers' minds?

@wolf_gregor thanks for the link! SCP does offer improved security services, i.e user auth and provisioning services. Identity federation with SAML 2.0 enables centralized user mgmt. to ease SCP adoption
