@rjhintz IBM's numbers include a number of elements (DC, SW, ProfSvcs). Not completely granular breakout.

@bgracely and Oracle counts hardware in support of cloud as sales revenue. You guys have your work cut out normalizing this bogus vendor data. ;)

@rjhintz it's definitely challenging to do apples-to-apples when there is limited financial transparency and individual services aren't broken out.

AWS stays out of cloud definitional discussion - don't distinguish IaaS/PaaS, @bgracely doesn't think they will call it "cloud native". AWS is focused on building the apps of the future and helping companies differentiate/grow business.
