Q5: Is there a way to directly edit the database that directly contains the configuration for the cluster?

You can drop the database instance that is being used by Web GUI, there is no need to drop the entire database

Q2: How do you replicate info to server one if it is not running in case map changes are made?

assuming that the change was made on node two and both nodes are in the cluster all you have to do is start node one.
