Sometimes we hit the limit for a specific hardware which the cloud provider could not provision. In such cases, we have to look to on-prem infrastructure. Also, the cost aspect for this plays a major role. An example for this is GPU based server availability.

Open source tools like Kubernetes, argo, git, CI/CD tools, jenkins, chef, puppet, ansible, event notifications tools, monitoring tools these are some of the things which needs to be integrated with Devops.

The challenge or Cloud is to move the workflow from one to another cloud provider. Then the good practice is to be enough agnostic than ever so cloud native tools can be a good to focus on
