YouTube is very good … you can get training on there

Audible has been very valuable as most relevant books there now. I can hear the audio book in the car or commuting

Human learning happens in so many ways from the classroom to the one to one interaction of the human knowledge sharing and everything in between.

Where do you go for DevOps case stories?

Learning has to be continuous

Face to face training is still the most effective to learn the foundation skills, then supplement it through other ways, such as reading, etc...

you need to compliment the training with practical experience as well ... this can be tough when trying to establish yourself

The Demand from the business is so overwhelming and unless we continuously learn, unlearn and relearn we become redundant

Lack of skills is a huge impediment for many Agile and DevOps teams.

#Upskilling is probably the next C in devops namely Continuous Learning

cause we need that people few empowered to deal with the challenges that they are facing

continuous improvement!
