You said time registration is not in scope as we have ETES. ETES is not a favourite tool and not very user friendly on a mobile device, is a replacement for ETES planned for a later stage?

@LisaAnneBraun It's part of the SAP stack of updated tools for C1 - don't know off-hand about mobile capability

Nicole, what is C1? And from what you've seen, is this SAP capability easier to use/better than eTes? Or just better integrated into our financial systems?

The mobile capabilities are so that as an employee you can access Workday from any device, any place, and any time. This will be an improvement

Pretty much all functionality available via mobile? That would be great.

We are currently investigating what functionality we want to "turn on" come March. We will be coming back to employees on this

I was going to ask something similar, since Cindy said analytical capabilities will be available.

I'd guess analytics would be a downstream thing, but #workday would clearly be an aggregation point.

In Phase 1 we will not be fully leveraging Workday's capabilities. Reports are only as good the data feeding it and we rely on many systems beyond Workday for key data / metrics. Plans are in place for more integrated, std reporting to aid better analytics

Just commenting that HR is obviously one of the areas that touches all CSCers, so am very much looking forward to not only the upgrade but also, and probably more importantly, how we transform our behavior and processes -- and the benefits of doing so!

HR is also an area where we as employees have not had a good overview over processes etc. so bringing this single point tool in place is awesome

How will Workday intersect with employees' Individual Development Plans? In the rainbow diagram there was an item "Careers and Development" so I'm assuming it's something there.

We will be using Workday for perf mgmt starting with FY16 launched in May / June. Some level of career development will be rolled out then, but this is done very differently across CSC and work is still underway on the best approach

Good question. If I got this right, she said we are Workday's only systems integrator partner who is using Workday. Not sure what to make of that, except it gives us good positioning for product influence.

I am not sure, but happy to follow-up. There are definitely larger implementations, e.g., HP, Goldman, AstraZeneca, United Technologies, but I would still imagine we are in the top quartile of size
