@stu I can't say "what number" success will look like. But i can tell you with every single customer and SP i talk about it, virtualizing HANA has been key in reconsidering otherwise dead projects

@EMCSAP As i work mostly with customers outside the US, most of them already assume as a fact that some data will reside under their control, maybe on a hosted managed private cloud, and other will be in a public cloud. Hybrid is then obvisous to them

@stu @revaewten vHANA should enable customer adoption with cost controls. I told multiple customers today to go for it - spin up a couple VMs, install HANA, and start building your COE to enable HANA in your enterprise

We are entering a new era! EMC has entered the simplicity era long time ago. VBlock, VIPR EMCBDP are just few examples. EMC is then positioned to be a key partner for organizations looking for simplicity at the datacenter level.

@vGazza That's it! #SAP #HANA is maturing and evolving fast, and as @appleby said, it is stabilizing as a sign to that. In the same way, appliance was just a way to start. Today Virtualized HANA on VBlock TDI provides far greater value & choice. #evolve
