The biggest challenge is do they go outside of SAP for new solutions. It's hard to be one stop shop for big data.

Michael Leeper For me it is the discussion between groups that are clearly passionate and well connected about their area. No BS and no sales guys, just really great tech!
Mark Browne First is the community of very social, technical advocates, second is their curiosity and excitement about the tech Industry. And most of all is the collaborative engagement they are excellent at.
