Avaya is definitely a legacy company with a large and loyal client base. Do you find that perhaps some of your customers simply prefer the Avaya systems they now have and sort of look at new designs, features with some disdain?

I am hopeful that COVID will accelerate in innovation in the healthcare segment. Robots were used in Wuhan for example....I think countries outside the US will lead this unfortunately.

Of course it's all about sale to their base, and there are incremental innovations in the products. But does Apple have to come out with entirely new products to continue to be innovative?

I think they will sell a ton of them both. I am not sure that they are truly "innovative" and earth shattering. There are always steady improvements that cause us to look back a 6 months, a year, 5 years and realize how far we have come and how much easier it is to connect.

I do not think that 'innovation' requires a new product. The easiest way to disrupt an industry is to find a niche. Apple (and others) who continue to innovate, help them maintain their place as a leader.
