Maybe the next generation of the social networking technology can focus more on use welbeing. For example, all this data gathered from social media platforms about each user( preferences, contacts, likes, posts) can be used from AI bots to advise users how to improve themselves.

The next generation of digital workforce should be the ones who use digital products since an early age. They are not afraid of new technology and care about its social impact.
