We need to teach people how to ask good questions too. They say there are no dumb questions, so let's just say there are high octane questions that are relevant and dredge up facts and information that other questions do not.

A6: The workforce of today needs leadership to embrace that the 9-to-5 "business as usual" model is dying. We're now living in an always-on world. Select employees should be able to work anywhere, and be measured on results versus hours worked.
