Yes, vSAN 2 Node Direct Connect also works with vSAN 6.2 (6.0 P03) and no longer requires an RPQ.

VMs running on VMware Cloud on AWS will be able to access all AWS services using the customers own account.

Resources used by VMware to run VMC for the customer would be billed by VMW, other AWS services used by the customer would be billed by AWS

get rid of the specific terms like clomrepairdelay and rebuild terms, and provide actual troubleshooting commands instead of referring to support in the knowledgebase.

have vsan tasks run in the task bar with actual progress(inication). Such as repair objects. And balance disk usage.

Some of this is shown in different spots, but definitely noted.

oh and definitely local raid 5 support for 2 node deployments.

Dustin we don't really talk about timelines, but suffice to say we understand that is a want from some of our customers! We are always listening!

Also 2 Node != ROBO. vSAN ROBO is a licensed edition for up to 25 VM's.

Those are appliances so you can stack them anyway, as you do with all vms. It makes no sense to combine this.

We don't talk roadmaps publicly but I haven't seen this ask much. Is there a specific use case of interest?

I don't think so as FC has its own network

If I can use FC network to access VSAN traffic, then my existing 1G IP network is enough to carry my production, vmotion and management traffic. Now I need upgrade to 10G IP network to carry vsan traffic.
