I have some experience with Skype for Business. It is a little frustrating.

Skype definitely needs to be integrated better with Azure and provide services specifically for companies that run on Azure, as Yammer is doing.

There have been many miss opps w/ UC. Still opps there...but miss-matched w/ tech today.
