women who do choose a career in CS are much more likely to leave that career than men. GHC brings together 12,000 technical women and men to highlight the impact women can make in CS careers, to network, and for companies to share with each other

it's changing to male advocacy not so much about womens ability to be leaders imho

woman are great leaders but to me the issues is inclusion men need to buy in. Can't be an echo chamber for just women

I agree. Women make great leaders and the industry is starting to recognize that, but inclusion at all levels is vital!
