i love kickstarter, some of the MOOCs in edu, Uber is great when not surging prices..

I have made many purchase on @Kickstarter & @Quirky for Xmas & I am addicted to Uber

I'm rooting for @Watsi to succeed.

uber & all social-transport business . . . death to bad transportation! Maybe someone needs to work on a #crowd airline of sorts.

Absolutely love Uber, though their variable pricing certainly dampens my enthusiasm

All of the above.. imo - I still think that we are in a cross over year this year as tooling and technology make it easier for folks in organization who have the vision but need to show it with results

Financial services is all over big data and is the leader but they firewall the outward push bc they use it for speed advantage.. telecom will need it for over the top products that have to drive revenue..

Not sure it is a *new* force as much as it is being harnessed more intelligently, or being given great opportunity.

@jowyang gave me a tour of the San Francisco startup scene recently. All things crowd + the sharing economy are converging thanks to changes in consumer behavior and tech to facilitate #crowdbiz.

I think some are advancing their thinking, but as with most things in marketing, many take a "ready, fire, aim" approach.

great question Zach .. people in groups is powerful and with big data and real time the social proof and results yield many benefits both tangible and intangible imho

Machine Learning and real time filtering of social streams across all social networks is my favorite innovation.. the crowd is and will be forever a key part of the data..business data has been around but machine and human data will be huge force this year

Integration of Video chat, digital content management & external social media within a companies #SocBiz providing a true home for collaboration & interaction for employees to become more productive!
