Brian Fanzo I focus a lot of my analytical study of digital content that we are putting out as a company based on not the amount of views but the amount of clicks crowdchat allows you to get those clicks over a longer period of time which is great

I used tools like Twduvs and buffer and HootSuite but when it comes down to collaborating on Twitter chats I am stuck using the Twitter feed or TweetDeck which is great but all is lost after the chat is over.

Is this using socket? Need to talk front end friendliness for mobile (on iPhone- it's harsh )

I can imagine this is very early model - something we didn't like about hipchat was lack of ability to sort or find history and crowd involvement was not easy

there is no mobile but we nailed socket for firewalls not mobile yet.. funding we get mobile up and running

reuben e katz makes sense. We use hipchat internal and for events but it is very flawed. The mobile version is good and useful. Historical info and solving issues will be huge advantage for you

we can easily nail mobile just need to get the cash to fund mobile tech and design our top priority..use cases are great but UI UX is very crude at this point; back end scales nicely

I use hipchat & Lync today but they lack a social connection element which makes the tool only good inside the enterprise.

I agree voting is what Twitter wishes the favorite button was and I think being able to toggle on and off social posting is very valuable
