Social Media Manager

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Oversee social media channels focusing on increasing online engagement and driving external communications
  • Drive and oversee all social news, content creation and social media responses
  • Responsible for the daily management and growth of our various clients’ social media communities using our company software
  • Concept and deliver fresh ideas that will excite and engage our clients
  • Present demos to potential clients
  • Serve as the voice of the company for all social channels

Requirements:

  • Ability to develop and implement large-scale social media campaigns that drive social media engagement using our software
  • Understanding of basic social media statistics and analytics related to usage and engagement
  • Communicate in an outstanding way- verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work with customer support to identify and respond to customer complaints
  • Ability to multi-task: you will have multiple projects to manage and must know how to prioritize

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a social media manager or in customer service
  • Examples of successful social media campaigns with proven ROI
  • Online community management experience
  • Track record of implementing original/creative campaigns
  • Ability to use Photoshop, InDesign or other editing software
  • BA or BS required

Software Engineer

What You Will Be Doing:

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Use your in-depth knowledge of all things Android to craft new features that are uniquely Android-based.
  • Work in small and impactful teams.

Partner Engineer Data Platform

What You Will Be Doing:

  • You will work closely with strategic partners who use our data platform products, including the Influencer API, the Metrics API, and the Events API.
  • Work in small and impactful teams.
  • Serve as the nexus of communication between internal engineers and our partners.
  • Represent partner needs to inform the planning of new features and changes to our products, acting as a technical liaison between developers and CrowdChat’s Business Development.
  • Identify partnership success metrics and advocate for necessary tracking and reporting.
  • Contribute to documentation and write technical articles and blog posts about the CrowdCha platform.

Requirements:

  • Programming experience in several languages (especially Java, JavaScript, Python, Ruby, PHP, and Scala).
  • Development experience with several APIs.
  • Impeccable communication skills, in written and oral form (including flawless grammar, appreciating others’ contexts, responsiveness, and everything in between).
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • BA/BS or graduate degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.

  • Public speaking experience.
  • Prior experience working for a consumer Internet company
