Up to vendors to lead charge to change culture. Customer won't change without help.

@DavidMPollack That's a pretty hard mountain to climb. I argue it's the CIO's role to lead the change.

Deal. CIO leads the change. Vendors supply the ammo to help push through organization.

For the most part cloud brokerages are just resellers of cloud services. Not exactly what most need.

.@sappley brings up a great point that "brokerage" WRT #cloud could be about services, data, integration, etc.
